Please read and confirm below to acknowledge your understanding of the following:

1. Nature of Services:
Reiki, Energy Healing and Soul Coaching are holistic healing modalities that aim to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and balance within the body’s energy system. These treatments are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment and do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical condition.
2. Personal Responsibility:
It is the responsibility of the client to consult with their physician regarding any medical concerns they may have and to continue any treatment or therapy as prescribed by their healthcare providers. Reiki and energy healing are intended to complement—not replace—traditional medical care.

3. No Guarantees:
While Reiki, Energy Healing & Soul Coaching are known to promote general well-being and balance, individual results may vary. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

4. Consent to Treatment:
By signing the indemnity form at time of booking, the client consents to receive Reiki and/or Energy Healing and/or Soul Coaching from Healistic Wellbeing Studio. The client has the right to ask questions and request modifications to the treatment if they feel uncomfortable at any time.

5. Confidentiality:
All personal information and details discussed during sessions will remain confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of Healistic Wellbeing Studio without the client's explicit consent, unless required by law.

6. Payment and Cancellation Policy:
No services shall be rendered without advance payment.
Payments may be made via EFT or via Snapscan (details below).
For cancellations, 24 hours notice must be given.
Failure to do so will result in the service being charged in full.

By booking and paying for any of the services or products provided by Healistic Wellbeing Studio and by joining any of their community platforms and attending any of their networking events, you are undertaking by your own accord to indemnify Healistic Wellbeing Studio, their practitioners and suppliers from any harm, loss or damages of any nature, whether bodily harm, trauma or any other damages to you or your property resulting from the sessions, courses or products, whether directly or indirectly.
